Victorian Country Woman Magazine

The Victorian Country Woman magazine is an intrinsic part of the Country Women’s Association of Victoria and is distributed eleven times per year to members and subscribers as well as being available to the general public.

It contains feature articles, entertaining literature and information on matters relevant to members

and other interested readers.

The magazine provides material and information pertinent to the Association at state, national and international level

Each publication has regular features including the State President’s Letter, Editorial, Committee Reports (Creative and Performing Arts, International and Community Support …), craft project, recipe, articles, photos, news about State, Group and Branch events and gems of entertainment.

The magazine contains reports of Conferences, Festivals and special events at Association, Group and Branch level. Readers are encouraged to forward letters on any topic to the editor.

Items of general interest are also included, such as the environment, current social issues, health matters, agricultural concerns, information from government departments and organisations in partnership.

The magazine is a vehicle for disseminating administrative information as well as advertising for Events, Weddings, Photography and the Bed and Breakfast Accommodation.

The magazine is available on CD for vision-impaired readers.
